Awards are nice.
My script, “Inside the Mountain,” won a couple of awards at the Christian Film Festival. It’s a small contest but it’s an encouragement for a writer to have their work acknowledged. Since that contest, I’ve had a couple of producers request the script, so hopefully something will come from that.
