I’ve always wanted to go to Montana to fly fish for trout. I almost made it a few years ago, but shoulder surgery put the Kibosh on that. Now, at age 70, I have pretty much given up the dream. Five years ago, I was afflicted with peripheral neuropathy in my feet, and that, added to my existing balance issues and mild double vision (owing to two retinal surgeries) would make wade fishing all but impossible, especially in the heavier western waters. But I’m always drawn to “anything” that includes the word Montana in it, as in your blog’s title. Looks like you stay pretty busy. Glad you enjoyed my recent blog post about baseball, and how it’s changed through the years.
I’ll check back in the future to see what you’re up to.

Montana is a beautiful state. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and don’t miss the concrete and smog one bit.
